RCAM Sponsored PWDs Special Olympics

A Celebration of Strength and Spirit

The Rotary Club of Amazing Manila (RCAM) successfully held its annual Special Mini Olympics for Children with Disabilities last September 20, 2025, at Freedom Park, Batasan Hills, Quezon City. With over 330 participants from various barangays, the event carried the theme “Community Celebrates: A Showcase of Strength and Spirit.”

The program provided children a platform to display their creativity, skills, and determination through fun games, contests, and performances. Highlights included the “Galactic Beauty Contest” where participants expressed confidence and self-worth, as well as exciting activities such as the Cup Relay Game, Candy Color Game, Archery Chair Game, and more—designed to foster inclusivity and joy.

Special recognition was also given to parents and families through games that promoted bonding and unity. Cheering competitions added energy to the event, while prizes, trophies, and food packs (including rice and groceries) were distributed to all. Each child also received educational and creative items such as preschool books, art materials, and comfort gifts.

This remarkable event was made possible through the support of major and minor co-host Rotary Clubs across District 3810, showcasing the collective strength of the Rotary movement in uplifting communities.
